JIP Jacob Interior & Project is a specialist service provider for maritime interior outfitting. We manage cruise ship and yacht projects from initial planning through to delivery – with a clear focus on quality, schedule and budget.
The real problem on every large-scale project is rarely technical. It arises where changes are not tracked consistently, where clients treat scope as an open-ended process, and where quick decisions accumulate in the budget before anyone notices.
